The single-wire Fourdrinier forming section features an air-cushion headbox, ceramic dewatering elements, vacuum boxes and automatic fabric guiding to support stable sheet formation.
A vacuum-assisted press section with a two-nip K-Press arrangement provides effective mechanical dewatering. The dryer section uses 1,800 mm diameter cylinders with condensate recovery and heat recovery systems.
The film size press improves surface strength, reduces dusting and enhances printability, making the machine suitable for office and commercial printing paper production.
A two-roll hard-nip calender improves paper smoothness, while the horizontal reel produces parent rolls up to 1,800 mm in diameter.
Independent AC drives and centralized PLC control provide synchronized operation across the paper machine.
The machine primarily uses bleached wood pulp. Bamboo pulp or bagasse pulp may also be blended into the furnish depending on production requirements.
Typical products include:
A4 and A3 office copy paper
Offset printing paper
Writing and notebook paper
Paper for school exercise books
