The 4600mm High-Strength Fluting Paper Machine is designed for producing corrugating medium used in corrugated board and industrial packaging.
With a trimmed paper width of 4,600 mm, a design speed of 550 m/min and a daily production capacity of approximately 310–340 tons, this Fourdrinier paper machine offers an efficient solution for large-scale recycled packaging paper production.
A reference production line was successfully commissioned in Jiangsu Province, China, in March 2022, using 100% recycled Old Corrugated Containers (OCC).

The hydraulic air-cushion headbox and single-wire Fourdrinier forming section provide uniform stock distribution and stable sheet formation. The forming section includes ceramic dewatering elements, vacuum boxes and a 900 mm vacuum couch roll.
A vacuum-assisted transfer system, vacuum pre-press and two-nip K-Press arrangement provide effective mechanical dewatering, with designed sheet dryness of approximately 43–45% after pressing.
The dryer section features 30 drying cylinders with a diameter of 1,800 mm, a fully enclosed dryer hood, heat recovery and a condensate removal system to support efficient drying.
A two-roll hard-nip calender improves paper density and compression resistance. The automatic reel with a spool magazine produces parent rolls up to 1,800 mm in diameter.
Independent AC drives provide synchronized speed control across the major machine sections for stable continuous operation.
The machine is designed for high-strength fluting paper production using recycled OCC pulp.
