The 4000mm Testliner & Fluting Paper Making Machine is designed for producing kraft paper, testliner and fluting paper used in corrugated board and industrial packaging applications.
With a trimmed paper width of 4,000 mm, a design speed of 550 m/min and a production capacity of approximately 350 tons per day, this production line provides an efficient solution for medium- to large-scale packaging paper mills.
A reference production line of this specification was successfully commissioned in Vietnam in 2019.

The twin-wire forming section provides stable sheet formation and efficient dewatering for packaging paper production.
The headbox helps maintain uniform stock distribution and a consistent basis weight profile across the paper width.
The machine features a polyurethane-covered press roll and an enclosed dryer hood to support efficient dewatering and drying.
A Distributed Control System (DCS), sectional drive control and a ropeless sheet threading system help improve operating stability and production efficiency.
The production line includes a reel with a parent roll storage system, an underfeed rewinder, and finished roll weighing and packaging equipment.
An online dryer fabric cleaning system is also provided. A Quality Control System (QCS) can be supplied according to project requirements.
The machine can process Old Corrugated Containers (OCC), recycled fibers, market pulp and blended fiber furnishes.
